Perpetuating the Ancient Art of China Painting

Oregon World Organization of China Painters (ORWOCP) exists to preserve the Fine Art of painting on porcelain china plus educating ourselves and others in the many varied techniques of the Fine Art of china painting.

ORWOCP local clubs meet monthly. During these meeting there are china painting demonstrations that apply some of these techniques to their own style of painting. Other members attend seminars to learn new and varied techniques. They all paint throughout the year and then display these painted pieces at the Annual Convention/Show each year.  There is also a competition of the painted pieces held at this time and the winning pieces are sent to the WOCP Museum In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to be displayed in the WOCP museum for a year.

The Oregon State Convention and Installation of Officers for ORWOCP is held during in May of each year.

Our State Convention is open to the public, we hope you will join us.
